Online Continuing Education: Policies and Procedures
Please read this prior to registering for a course
All Champion Institute of Real Estate continuing education classes are approved by the Maryland Real Estate Commission. To ascertain the required number of credit hours needed for license renewal, go online to www.dllr.state.md.us , click on Boards and Commissions, then on Real Estate Commission.
Requirements:
You have 180 days from date of registration of an on-line course in which to complete the class. You must complete all instructional modules, pass all unit exams and receive a minimum 70% passing grade on the course final. You have multiple opportunities to re-take the final exam if you initially fail to achieve a passing score.
In order to receive a Continuing Education Certificate, you must complete a signed affidavit affirming that you personally completed every requirement. Click here for the “Student Affidavit” . The signed affidavit may be faxed to 410-544-5704, emailed to instituteofrealestate@championrealty.com or mailed to Champion Institute of Real Estate, 541 B Baltimore Annapolis Blvd., Severna Park, Md. 21146, Attn: Linda Doherty. A Continuing Education Certificate will be mailed to you only after your exam score has been verified and the school has received your affidavit.
Refund Policy:
